We listened to Shelley's music on her website (www.firethegrid.com), lit candles, meditated...and had a cup of Ben & Jerry's Peach Cobbler ice cream! Now THAT was a good vibe feeling! Then I went out in the backyard and listened to the birds wake up and finally fell asleep to Doreen Virtue's Angel Medicine CD.
